Lightening strike

I love thunder and lightening storms mostly, but last night the lightening had the oddest sound, kind of like a metallic sound and LOUD. There were quite a few close strikes. Then the Mega strike hit. It bounced me around on my bed and I yelled "holy shit." Kelly came flying into my room and Kona is like "What!" Since I wasn't sleeping much,it make the night go faster. It also served to remind me in an exciting way, Who's this world is.
I don't think I said so before, but Kelly is not taking her 3 week class, due to overwhelming feeling of wanting to me home. She is in the process of deciding about whether to go next semester. Pray for her. Not only for all the decisions she must make, but also for all the emotions that are going with this whole losing mom experience. In fact my whole family could use your prayers.

Beautiful picture. It identfies how small we really are. I am glad that I am not bigger than I currently am. It would carry with it much more responsibility.
Since we are destined to live our lives in the prison of our minds...
May we recognize our duty to furnish it well.
Success can not be described as what we get out of life but what the smiles of others communicate. As such I find that our lives is not about us. It is about those around us.
This is so true even to such an extent, that we will not attend our own funerals. Only memories and those whom we have loved and helped will be there.
Live for others; in your giving you will receive.
